This Apple Cinnamon Smoothie is a great breakfast choice for busy mornings
It’s full of good-for-you and nutrition that will give you energy all morning long!
Of all the no-added-sugar smoothie recipes I’ve done so far, this healthy apple smoothie is by far my favorite. It’s an easy recipe that is light and refreshing with just enough sweetness from the apple to make it enjoyable.
Apple and Cinnamon
Ingredients
- 200ml plant-based milk or water (if you want a thinner smoothie, add more water)
- 1 Apple
- half a teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 tsp of chia seeds
- 2 tsp of oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- walnuts
Instructions

Mix all the ingredients and blend until you get a mixture of smooth texture.
