Roll shaping procedure:

6

Place the wafer sheets between damp kitchen towels to soften them.

7

Take one sheet, and spread half of the prepared filling on the rough side.

8

TIP: Do NOT spread all the way to the edges so that the filling does not leak out.

9

Roll the rolled wafer into a tight roll (long side).

10

Shape the second roll from the remaining material in the same way as described.

11

First leave them at room temperature so that the wafers dry, and only after that for a few hours in the fridge to firm up so that they are crispy.

12

With a sharp knife or scalpel, cut them crosswise into slices of the desired thickness and serve.
