This baked pasta it’s absolutely delicious and always gets lots of compliments. It’s an easy recipe to make and has a pleasing taste that everyone seems to love!
The cheese is spread so that it is a little bit crunchy… And then the bacon, toasted, delicious… Wow, my people, what a pleasure this is.
The oven does the job. Lunch on the table for twenty minutes. Everyone would solve the most difficult part, someone caresses a piece of cake with their hand because they can’t wait. Who can wait when it smells like this?

Ruddy Baked Pasta
Ingredients
- 150 grams of bacon (cut into cubes)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 50 ml of water
- 400ml of tomato juice
- 200 grams of young cheese
- 1 tsp of dried basil
- 50 grams of grated cheese
- 2 to 3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
- Salt, pepper, and little oil
- 300 grams of pasta
Instructions
Fry onion and bacon in oil
Pour tomato juice over it
Add water and mix everything
Cook until the sauce thickens
During cooking, add basil and spices to taste
Mix cooked macaroni into the sauce
Add cubes of young cheese and a little grated cheese, and parmesan
Transfer everything to a fireproof bowl, at the end sprinkle grated cheese on top
Bake in a heated oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes
