Ingredients

  • 300 g of ground meat
  • 10 potatoes
  • parmesan cheese
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • salt, red pepper to taste
  • for Sauce:
  • 2 spoons of tomato sauce (thick)
  • 200ml of hot water
  • salt, black pepper to taste
  • Parsley
  • You can add spices according to your preference

Instructions

Clean the potatoes from the inside, first with a knife, then continue with a spoon until you clean them well.

Mix the meat with the onion and spices, and continue with the potato filling.

Fill them either by hand or with a spoon, whichever is easier for you.

Put the excess parts of the potatoes in the pan, and if you have too much meat, put it in the pan as well, then arrange the stuffed potatoes and finally pour the prepared sauce on the potatoes.

Close with a lid for 30-35 minutes in the oven at 220 degrees.

Try it with a knife when the potatoes are well softened, then they are ready, remove the lid and leave it in the oven for a few more minutes to drain.
