When you want to warm yourself up with a hot soup, the choice is really colorful. You can prepare it from almost any vegetable and combination according to your taste. And one that is proven to be good and extremely simple is right in front of you. Potage made of leeks and potatoes will appeal even to children, although I do not claim that they will ask for a plate more.
It is not lean in composition unless you omit the neutral cream because it is milky.
Potage of Leeks and Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 leek
- 3-4 potatoes
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1 dl neutral cream (for cooking)
- 30 g of butter
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of dry spice
- Parsley leaf
Instructions
Fry the chopped leek in half rings in the heated butter, then add the chopped garlic.
As soon as you smell the characteristic smell, add the diced, cleaned potatoes.
Pour water and cook until the potatoes are soft.
Season, then mix everything with a stick mixer or in a blender.
Add sour cream, sprinkle with parsley leaves and serve warm.
