At the mention of minced meat sauce, most people will immediately think of “bolognese”. But this sauce is enriched with mushrooms, specifically champignons and leeks.
An additional specificity is that it is cooked in the same pot as the pasta. Namely, with such cooking, the flavors will combine perfectly.
Mushroom and meat with spaghetti is a luxuriously rich pasta dish that combines some of the best flavors! Simple, quick, and easy never tasted so good!
Minced Meat Pasta and Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 300 g of mixed minced meat
- 1 carrot
- 2 leeks
- 150 g of mushrooms
- 200 g of pasta
- olive oil
- 1 can of chopped peels
- salt, pepper, parsley, basil
Instructions
Peel the carrot and chop it into cubes, clean the mushrooms, and cut them into strips.
Wash the leek well and cut it into rings
Heat the olive oil and sauté the leeks and carrots in it
When the carrots soften a little, add the minced meat and simmer for about 10 minutes
Add the mushrooms and simmer until the water released by the mushrooms evaporates
Cover everything with chopped pelatas and one and a half cups of water, salt, and scald and add a little crushed chili (as desired)
Add the pasta and mix everything well, then let it cook on low heat
Stir occasionally and add water until the pasta is cooked (10-15 minutes) towards the end mix in the chopped parsley and basil leaves
Serve warm, sprinkled with chopped fresh chives. If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese
