When you need to quickly come up with something for a slightly richer breakfast or dinner, homemade tuna pate is one of those recipes that won’t let you down.
This is a quick and delicious namaz that will go well with any bread, and we are sure that once you try it, it will become a regular guest at your table. You can make this paste in just twenty minutes using easily available ingredients.
We made it with homemade mayonnaise, but if you don’t have time to make it, you can also use purchased mayonnaise.
One of the good things about any homemade pie is that you can adjust all the ingredients to your own taste, and in the end, you get exactly what suits you and your family the most.
We also spread the pasta on the excellent homemade bread that we made ourselves, garnished with a little parsley, and we got a healthy, light and delicious meal.
Excellent for any time of the day, this pie is one of our favorites, and when you try it, you will understand why.
Tuna Pate with Garlic
Ingredients
- 2 large cans of tuna
- 125 g of softened butter
- 100 g of mayonnaise
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 3 cloves of garlic
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
Remove the tuna from the cans and drain well.
Put the tuna in the bowl, add the softened butter and mix well.
Add mayonnaise to the mixture and mix well.
Hardly boil the eggs, and when they cool down, cut them into small pieces.
Add the eggs to the mixture. Stir.
Clean the garlic, slice it finely and add it to the mixture.
Salt and pepper the pรขtรฉ to taste.
Cool for at least 3 hours before serving.
