My favorite Christmas gift to pass out to the neighbors is chocolate truffles, often known as chocolate bombs. Everyone needs extra chocolate over the holidays, and they’re entertaining to prepare.

Truffles Bombs
Ingredients
- 150 grams of peanut butter
- 150 grams of chickpeas
- 50g of cooking chocolate
- 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
- 1-2 spoons of honey
- For the glaze:
- 50-80g of cooking chocolate
- 1 tablespoon of melted coconut oil
- ground walnuts for sprinkling
Instructions
Grind drained chickpeas and peanut butter in a blender.
Add melted chocolate and honey and grind everything to obtain a uniform mixture.
Place in the refrigerator to set further.
Form balls and place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Melt the chocolate for the glaze.
Roll the cooled balls in melted chocolate and sprinkle with ground nuts.
Return to the refrigerator to set the glaze.
Keep it in the refrigerator.
