Ingredients

  • 400 grams of cherries
  • 400g - 500g of buckwheat husks
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons of sugar (you can add more sugar to taste)
  • 1 glass of yogurt
  • 1 glass of semolina
  • 1 spoon of cocoa
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • Vanilla sugar
  • 50-80 grams of chocolate
  • Powdered sugar for sprinkling

Beat the egg whites with sugar

Add the yolks, combine and add yogurt, semolina, baking powder, vanilla sugar, cocoa, and a little oil

Separate three crusts

Coat each one with the mixture and put cherries and chocolate cubes on the third one

Place the cherries along the length of the part in front of you and arrange the chocolate cubes on them

Bend the parts of the crust slightly inwards on the sides and then wrap the strudel

You will have material for three strudels, and one package has about 10 crusts

Coat the strudels with the rest of the mixture and place in a heated oven at 200 degrees for about 10 to 15 min until golden brown.
