Rolled Fillet
Ingredients
- 400-500 gr fillet (thinly sliced)
- 100 gr thinly sliced bacon
- 1 tsp honey
- juice of half a lemon
- 2 tsp mustard
- 5 tsp olive oil
- Spices: salt, pepper, granulated garlic
Instructions
Cut the fillet into thin sticks.
Wrap each one in a sheet of bacon (if it is shorter, use two sheets that continue one on top of the other).
Place parchment paper in a baking dish and arrange the chicken.
Make a glaze from the ingredients, mix everything and combine well.
Coat each stick with glaze and place in an oven heated to 180 degrees.
After 15 minutes, turn the sticks, coat them with glaze, and bake for another 15 minutes.
