Ingredients

  • 400-500 gr fillet (thinly sliced) ​​
  • 100 gr thinly sliced ​​bacon
  • 1 tsp honey
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 5 tsp olive oil
  • Spices: salt, pepper, granulated garlic

Instructions

Cut the fillet into thin sticks.

Wrap each one in a sheet of bacon (if it is shorter, use two sheets that continue one on top of the other).

Place parchment paper in a baking dish and arrange the chicken.

Make a glaze from the ingredients, mix everything and combine well.

Coat each stick with glaze and place in an oven heated to 180 degrees.
