Peach Melba Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 peaches from compote (4 halves)
- 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 250 ml of sweet cream (dairy) or 50 g of powdered whipped cream and 100 ml of milk
- For the raspberry sauce:
- 100 g of raspberries (frozen or fresh)
- 40 g of sugar
Instructions
Raspberry sauce:
Put the raspberries and sugar in a suitable pan, mix and heat until the sugar dissolves and the raspberries fall apart
Cook until the mixture thickens a little, then remove the pan from the heat and pass the mixture through
Stacking the cup:
Drain the syrup from the compote peaches
Beat the cooled sweet cream or mix the whipped cream powder with cold milk,
At the bottom of each glass, place half of a peach, then a scoop of ice cream
Pour over the raspberry sauce and cover everything with a layer of whipped cream
Repeat the stacking process, and decorate the cup from above as you wish
