Ingredients
- 300 grams mascarpone cheese

Instructions
Put the mascarpone cheese in a bowl and mix thoroughly
Melt the chocolate in a water bath. When it cools down a bit, add it to the cheese
Stir until a homogeneous mass is formed
Put it in the fridge for 1 hour

Melt the dark chocolate with butter in a water bath. We roll pralines in it and put them on a tray
