A good roast is always a great choice. Our suggestion today shows that it is possible to prepare imperial meat with ingredients that won’t empty your wallet too much.

How to Make Imperial Meat

We decided on the imperial meat. It is among the cheaper types of meat, but if it is prepared in the right way, it will be perfectly tasty and soft. The secret is in quality meat preparation and slow roasting. With this, you will get a superb roast that will dominate every holiday table.

To begin with, the most important thing is to find a nice piece of meat. The upper part of the crust should not be excessively greasy, which will become nice and crispy after baking. In order to achieve this, the king’s meat should be cut into small cubes on top of the skin and the fat below it and left to cook slowly. After a few hours, it would get a nice color and would be better baked, but also be easier to cut when everything is done.

In the end, we bake the king meat for another 20 minutes at a high temperature of 200 degrees, so that it gets a crispy crust, just the way every perfect roast should have. In this final part, we added half-cooked potatoes cut into slices and put them in the oven together with the imperial meat. The result is a superb snack that goes well with a good, cold beer.
