This Homemade Ice Cream is creamy and made with fresh Blueberries. It’s a delicious Blueberries ice cream recipe that makes it the perfect spring or summer dessert.

With just a few simple ingredients, you can have this smooth and creamy ice cream too.
You can even do this together with your kids and family; another great idea while staying home. Now I decided on a combination of forest fruit, vanilla, and blueberry. You can prepare it with any fruit. Ice cream gives me the whole summer feeling, and blueberry ice cream, in particular, reminds me of summer days spent at the beach.
Blueberries are a great addition to pancakes, muffins, or any type of sweet, cake, etc. They can also be used in shakes, fruit salads, and in your breakfasts.
Ice Cream with Blueberries
Ingredients
- For the ice cream:
- 500 ml of milk
- 2 yolks
- 1 packet of vanilla pudding
- 50 g of sugar
- 2 packets of whipped cream
- 100 g of blueberries
- For the forest fruit:
- 150 g of forest fruit
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 50 g of sugar
Instructions
In a saucepan, heat the milk with the pudding, sugar, and egg yolks.
Stir with a wire whisk constantly until you get a thick pudding.
Transfer the cooked pudding to a glass bowl and cover it with cling film.
Leave in the refrigerator to cool for at least 5 to 6 hours.
Meanwhile, put the container of the ice cream maker in the freezer to freeze for at least 12 hours before preparing the ice cream.
To prepare the ice cream, whip the whipped cream bags together with the cooled pudding and transfer the mixture to the frozen ice cream maker.
Add the blueberry and turn the machine on for about 20 minutes, until you have creamy frozen ice cream.
If you don't have an ice cream maker, prepare the ice cream mixture with whipped cream bags and transfer it to a plastic container.
Freeze the mixture for 4 hours, stirring the ice cream every 30 minutes so that it freezes evenly.
To make the berry topping, boil the berry, sugar, and vanilla together in a saucepan over heat for about 10 minutes.
Serve on top of the ice cream and enjoy
