The holiday table is not complete without a salad, so if you are tired of Russian or mimosa, try the holiday one. Sweet corn, diced potatoes, eggs and cucumbers, seasoned and tied together with mayonnaise, guarantee great taste.
The holiday salad with corn is easy to prepare, goes well with all roasts, and is also pleasing on its own.

Holiday Salad with Corn
Ingredients
- 3 medium potatoes
- 1 small can of sweet corn (250 ml)
- 5-6 pickles
- 3 eggs
- 200 g mayonnaise
- A pinch of salt
- Little pepper to taste
Instructions
Peel the potatoes, then cook in salted water until soft (check with a fork).
Take it out of the water, and when it cools down, cut it into cubes.
Boil the eggs hard, and also cut them into cubes.
Drain the sweet corn from the liquid from the can.
Drain the pickles and cut them into cubes.
Put the cubes of potatoes, eggs, cucumbers and corn in a bowl, add salt and pepper, then add mayonnaise and mix everything.
Cool and serve the salad with the roast of your choice
