The excellence of this banana bread recipe is you needn’t bother with an extravagant blender! A blending bowl, a fork to whisk the eggs, and a strong spoon to blend the hitter are all you want. The sugar sum is adaptable. The first recipe required some white sugar, however, the vast majority, including me, do fine and dandy with 3/4 cup, and many are content with 1/2 cup.
You can throw in some slashed nuts, raisins, or chocolate chips in the event that you need them, or put the player into biscuit tins and make banana nut biscuits all things being equal. You could in fact go above and beyond and make chocolate banana bread.

Healthy banana bread
Ingredients
- 3 medium bananas, peeled
- 76g butter, unsalted or salted, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 150gsugar (1/2 cup if you would like it less sweet, 1 cup if more sweet)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 20 ml buttermilk
- 205g white whole wheat flour
Instructions
Preheat the oven and prepare the pan: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C), and butter an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.
Mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda in one bowl.
In another bowl mix sugar, butter, and eggs.
Mash the bananas and add to the bowl with liquids.
Then add the buttermilk, and vanilla, and then mix all ingredients together.
Finally, add the flour mixture to the liquid mix and mix all together until the dough is made.
Put in previously buttered pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 to 55 minutes.
