Green bean salad is not a delicacy. Otherwise, green beans are not something you like or don’t like, because you can tolerate them, which is my case, for example.
I can really recommend this salad to those who are not in love with green beans, for those of you who would like to bypass it, please try it.
Green Bean Salad
Ingredients
- 500 g green beans (fresh or frozen)
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 2 spoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- Parsley leaf
Instructions
Clean and chop the green beans if they are fresh, and just take them out of the freezer if they are frozen.
Place green beans in cold, slightly salted water and heat.
Cook it from the moment of boiling for 15 minutes, then strain and transfer it to a suitable container.
Pour over the oil and wine vinegar, add salt, then add crushed garlic cloves and mix everything.
If you like, add half a teaspoon of mustard.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley leaves, cool, then serve with some roasting and side dishes as desired.
