This no-bake Ferrero cake stands out because of the flavor of finely roasted hazelnuts and chocolate. Ferrero Rocher ball fans are fully aware of what the candy is all about, and this cake provides that information, but in a handmade form and with a generous helping of delicious cream.
This cake is so delicious that you can serve it with ease on the most festive occasions, which is precisely why all lovers of creamy sweets will be thrilled with it. The cake has the ideal amount of creamy chocolate flavor, and the toasted hazelnuts provide that distinctive Ferrero touch.
Although it is not fully straightforward, making this cake is somewhat difficult, so there shouldn’t be any issues. The foundation of this cake is composed of crushed biscuits and ground, roasted hazelnuts, and it is nicely complemented by an extraordinarily rich cream made with a variety of exquisite ingredients. The cake has a chocolate frosting on top, and if you’d want, you can successfully garnish everything else to make it seem just stunning.
I used handmade Ferrero Rocher balls in addition to the rest, but you can use store-bought ones without any issues. Every slice of this no-bake Ferrero cake will be pure happiness, so the effort will be doubly rewarding. This cake is for big events when you want to provide delicacies that everyone will like!

Instructions
First, you need to cover a round mold with a diameter of 25 centimeters with transparent foil and put baking paper on the bottom
Heat milk and butter in a pot on the stove to melt the butter
Put it aside, then add the toasted hazelnuts and mix well
Then add the biscuits and mix to obtain a fine moist mixture
Pour the mixture into the mold, then level it with a glass or some flat object
Place the mold in the fridge while the cream is being made
For the cream, whip the milk cream for the whipped cream in a mixing bowl
Pour sour cream into another container and add powdered sugar
Mix everything well with a mixer
Then combine both creams, so that the prepared sour cream is added to the whipped cream
Mix it manually with a whisk
Melt the milk chocolate in steam, stirring constantly
Pour the cooled chocolate into the white mixture and mix again by hand with a whisk
Tear wafers into smaller pieces in a blender and grind them
Transfer the ground wafers to the cream mixture and mix them into the cream by hand
Then add the ground hazelnuts, then combine everything again
Melt the cooking chocolate in steam, and also add it to the cream
In the end, make the cream with a mixer so that everything is well combined
Remove the mold from the fridge and apply the cream to the base
It is good to pull it up to the edges and smooth it
Return the mold to the fridge while making the glaze
Pour the milk cream for whipped cream into a container and heat it until it boils
Remove from the heat and add the grated cooking chocolate to it and stir until it melts
During this time, take the cake out of the fridge
Let the glaze cool a little and pour it over the cream, making sure it reaches the edges
Before the final decoration, cool the cake overnight
Decorate it the next day
Whip the sweet milk cream (not completely, the mixture should not be firm yet)
Melt the cooking chocolate in steam, and when it cools down, combine it with the whipped cream to form a solid mixture
Transfer the chocolate mixture to a piping bag with a suitable nozzle, and place the stands for the Ferrero balls on the cake
I made these balls from the remains of ground dark biscuit, butter, and ground hazelnuts, and rolled them in chopped hazelnuts
Purchased Ferrero balls can also be used
Finally, cut the waffles in half and stick them in the cake
Cool the cake half an hour before cutting and serving
Enjoy!
