- 200 g hazelnut wafers
- 150 g of roasted, ground hazelnuts
- 150 - 200 g of Nutella
- Additionally:
- 100 g of roasted, coarsely ground, or chopped hazelnuts
- 100 g of cooking chocolate
- 2 tablespoons of oil
Instructions
Crush the wafers, and add ground-roasted hazelnuts and cream.
Place in the refrigerator to set the mixture, about 30 to 45 minutes.
When it hardens, scoop out the mixture with a spoon and shape it into balls (20g).
Arrange the balls in a dish lined with baking paper, and leave it in the freezer for 45 – 60 minutes.
Melt the chocolate and oil at a low temperature.
Immediately add hazelnuts and mix.
Hold the ball with a fork, pour it over with a spoon and arrange it on a tray lined with foil or baking paper.
The glaze will set quickly so they are quickly ready for tasting.
