Cocoa and White Chocolate for Superb Dark Pancakes

In addition to the classic light pancakes, dark pancakes have become more and more popular lately, so this time we decided to make one just like that.

We achieved the dark color by adding cocoa, with which you will best achieve muted tones, and you can also use chocolate, although then the pancakes will be slightly lighter.

How to Make Dark Pancakes

For decoration, we decided to use melted white chocolate, which perfectly complements the dark appearance of these pancakes, both in appearance and taste.

However, it will also go fantastically well with jam or vanilla ice cream. Depending on the fillings you intend to use, you can add your own ingredients to this recipe (for example, a little vanilla sugar in the mixture will imbue the pancakes with a fine vanilla aroma).
