
Today we present you with a recipe for a very interesting salad. It’s a Danish salad. It will only take you half an hour and you will make an extremely interesting addition to the dish. You can serve it as an appetizer and it goes well with baking. Either way, we’re sure you’ll love it.

The measure is for, say, a family of four, so you adjust the quantities to your needs.
Danish Salad
Ingredients
- 300 g of cucumbers
- 300 g of feta cheese
- 150 g of ham
- 25 g of walnuts
- 2 eggs
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 3-4 tablespoons of sour cream
- 150 g mayonnaise
Instructions
Peel the cucumbers then cut them into cubes
Break the egg, cool it and clean it from the shell
Also cut the walnuts, ham and egg into cubes and put everything in a suitable bowl
Mash the cheese with a fork, then add it to the bowl
Either finely chop the garlic or press it through a press
Add sour cream and mayonnaise and mix everything well together
Cool and serve.
