This dessert can also be made in the form of a cake, but this time I decided on its square version, which is a bit faster and more practical. Namely, in this way, the meringue crust is baked all at once in the oven tray and then cut into three parts, from which we then assemble the cake. Since the icy wind requires a little more work, this saves valuable time, and everything is done a little faster and easier.

But no matter how you make it, the final result is always perfect. It is not without reason that this is the favorite fruit cake for many, and its delicious creamy structure is a real pleasure for the palate. The combination of yellow cream with an extremely rich taste and whipped cream made from sweet milk cream is something that is hard to compare when it comes to desserts of this type.

I mentioned earlier that in addition to bananas, strawberries, and kiwis, you can also use other seasonal fruits. Peaches or cherries are a good choice, but in fact, you can make your ice wind just the way you like, the only thing that matters is that the fruit is refreshing. However, I love strawberries the most, so I prefer to make this cake when they are in season because it is the best for me.
