Just one of the healthy juices that we can make ourselves is cranberry juice. Tasty and aromatic, it is a real hit as a side dish or as a refreshment after a hard day’s work, and it is also full of vitamins and minerals that are necessary to maintain the good functioning of the body.
The classic recipe reveals the full aroma of cranberry, without any other additives or flavors. This is the recipe that our ancestors worked on and used to stop many diseases. From the ingredients listed in the recipe, you will get about 2 liters of cranberry juice.
Cranberry Juice
Ingredients
- 250 g of fresh cranberries
- 2 liters of water
- 100 g of sugar
Instructions
Sort and wash the berries and use a mixer or blender to process them into porridge.
Squeeze the cranberry juice from the resulting berry pulp.
Boil water, add sugar, and pour over the previously squeezed juice.
Cook on low heat for 5 minutes, add the porridge, and cook for another 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, cover, and pour into bottles 15 minutes after cooking.
Cool and strain
