Chocolate Muffins
Ingredients
- Needed for 15 muffins:
- 200 g of flour
- 200 ml of milk
- 200 ml yogurt
- 100 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 80 ml of oil
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 1 baking powder
- 3 tsp of cocoa powder
- 200 g of cooking chocolate (100 g goes into the dough for the muffins, and 100 g goes into the glaze over the muffins)
Instructions
Melt 100 g of chocolate for steaming.
Separate the yolks from the whites.
Then beat the egg whites foamy with a mixer and add 100 g of sugar and 1 vanilla sugar.
Add egg yolk and mix well.
Add yogurt, milk, oil, flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
Finally, add 100 g of melted chocolate to the dough and combine everything.
Place the muffin cups in the mold and pour the mixture.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
Melt the remaining 100 g of chocolate.
When the muffins have cooled, coat them all in chocolate!
I took the muffins out of their baskets and dipped the top side in chocolate that had cooled a bit!
