Perfect, creamy, chocolate enjoyment, in a healthy way. Coconut milk is great for people who are allergic to almond, soy, or cow’s milk.
Many people think it’s unhealthy, but it’s actually quite the opposite. Coconut milk contains saturated fats that lower cholesterol, prevent strokes and heart attacks, and improve blood pressure.
Choco Coco mousse
Ingredients
- 400 ml of coconut milk
- 200 g of chocolate with 75% cocoa
- 5 teaspoons of stevia (or another sweetener)
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons of coconut flour
- Fruit to taste (blueberry, pomegranate...)
Instructions
Pour coconut milk into a saucepan and heat until it starts to boil
Remove from the heat
Add the rest of the ingredients (all but the fruit) and mix until everything is melted and combined
Wet the glass glasses with cold water and pour the prepared mass, and leave to cool
Sprinkle with fruit and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours
