Ingredients

  • Chicken
  • 4oz chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tbsp red paprika
  • 1/4 tbsp cumin
  • 1/4 tbsp dried oregano
  • salt and black pepper
  • Salad
  • 2 leaf's romaine lettuce
  • 7 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 medium cucumber
  • 1/4 medium yellow onion
  • 1 tbsp parsley

Instructions

Chicken

add all chicken ingredients to a bowl mix and then mix the chicken

put the chicken breast on a baking sheet and bake at 180 F for 20-25 minutes

Salad

Chop the lettuce and add to a plate

Chop the cherry tomatoes and insert them into the plate

Chop the cucumber and add to the plate

Chop the onion and add to the plate

At the end chop the chicken into pieces and add to the plate

And last but not least chop the parsley and add it on top of all ingredients
