Ingredients

  • 250 gr chicken breast
  • Puff pastry
  • 1 onion
  • asparagus
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 ml of cream
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • A pack of mini mozzarella balls
  • Half a teaspoon of salt
  • Half a teaspoon of herb pepper
  • Half a teaspoon of granulated garlic

Instructions

Line the tart form with baking paper and then with puff pastry.

Fry the chicken for 2 minutes in a pan, then add the diced onion and fry for another 2 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix the eggs, cream, and spices in a bowl.

Clean the asparagus and get rid of the lower ends so that they fit on the tart.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Put chicken cubes with onion on top of the puff pastry, then pour the whitewashed egg with cream over it and arrange the asparagus.

Arrange cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls between the asparagus, we can also season a little.

Bake everything together in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

After this time, remove the tart, cool it slightly, and add fresh arugula.
