The longer it simmers, the more you will savor the flavor. The beef steaks in the mushroom sauce make for an easy and satisfying meal.
A perfect combination that everyone loves. Since then, I changed my mind. In a mushroom sauce, beef steaks are AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS!

Beef Steaks in Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 kg of beef
- 5 dl of neutral cream
- 500 g of champignons
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 heads of onion
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
- 1 butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- basil, parsley
Instructions
The beef is cut into steaks, with a pestle.
Season with salt and pepper and fry in butter or oil.
When it is fried on both sides, take it out of the pan, fry the onion and garlic in the sauce, then add the mushrooms and mustard.
When the mushrooms are soft, pour the neutral cream.
Return the beef to the sauce and let everything simmer for another 25-30 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
In the end, add basil and parsley.
Serve with French fries (pour with a little oil, put in a baking tray on baking paper, salt, and bake in the oven while the sauce is simmering, at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes)
