Apple cinnamon toast
Ingredients
- 1 whole bread loaf
- Cream cheese
- Red apple
- Green apple
- 2 tablespoons castor sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Instructions
Cut bread into slices about 2cm thick.
Slit in the center without cutting through.
Spread cream cheese.
Cut apples into thin slices.
Add one slice of red apple and one slice of green apple.
Repeat adding apple slices until the bread whole is fulfilled.
Mix sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle them from above.
Spread butter on the bread edges.
Put in the pan and bake at 180 degrees celsius for 15 minutes.
At the end add scoop of ice cream and fresh mint springs for decoration.
