I do them for the second time in a row, I really like this type of snack. I’m a general fan of nuts and honey. In my kitchen, these two things are never missing.
They are perfect as a lunch, a snack with another coffee, or for a trip as a healthy alternative to sweets in the shop.
Energy Cookies
Ingredients
- my favorite nuts for energy cookies were pumpkin seeds (5 spoons), hazelnuts (3 spoons), sunflower seeds (6 spoons), and almond flakes (3 spoons), of course, the proportions can be mixed and combined
- 4-5 tablespoons of honey
- 3 tablespoons of peanut butter
Instructions

Roast all the nuts in a pan taking care not to burn them

In a saucepan, heat the honey and peanut butter with a pinch of salt over low heat until dissolved

Pour our nuts into the dissolved mass and combine by stirring
