How delicious buns are fluffy and full of favorite additives.
In my Dressed Rolls, I added sliced bacon, dried cherry tomatoes, onion, chili pepper, mozzarella, green olives, and courgettes to my own.
This time I used ready-made pesto as a sauce.
Such buns are great for a party, then I propose to make smaller and more, I made giants.
Dressed Rolls and Pesto
Ingredients
- 30g of yeast
- 400g of wheat flour
- 3/4 cup of warm milk
- 1 egg
- 50g of butter
- 4 teaspoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of Provencal herbs
Instructions
Pour the flour into a bowl, make a hole and add yeast with a teaspoon of sugar.
Pour warm milk over it and let it stand for about 10 minutes until the leaven starts to rise.
Then add the rest of the ingredients, i.e. add the egg, sprinkle salt, herbs melted and cooled butter, and 3 teaspoons of sugar.
Leave it aside until it doubles in volume, i.e. about 30 to 35 minutes.
After this time, form our buns, spread the pesto, and cover with our toppings bake for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
