Cheese Cake with Orange and Walnuts
Ingredients
- Ingredients for the bottom
- 100g of rye flour
- 50g of wheat flour
- 150g of peeled hazelnuts
- 1 yolk
- 30g of cold butter
- Ingredients for the mass
- 3 packages of cream cheese (cottage cheese)
- 250g of mascarpone
- 1 bar of white chocolate
- 5 whole eggs
- 1 yolk
- Orange peel
- Decoration
- 2 oranges
- 50g of butter
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
Instructions
Preparation:
Ingredients for the mass should be at room temperature
We start from the bottom, i.e. chop all the ingredients and put the finished balls of dough for about an hour in the fridge (if the nuts are peeled, throw them into the frying pan, roast them and then put them on a cotton cloth and rub against each other – the skin will go away by itself)
Put the bottom in a springform pan and put it in the oven for about 15 minutes at 200 degrees
When the bottom of our cheesecake is cooling, put cottage cheese, mascarpone, melted chocolate, and eggs into the bowl, preferably individually
Mix the mass only to combine the ingredients, it is very important
Pour the cheese mass on the finished bottom and bake it in a water bath, it seems complicated, but it is nothing else than making steam during baking
I put the cheesecake in the middle and underneath I gave a vessel with boiling water
Bake at 140 degrees for about 90 minutes up and down without hot air
During baking, do not open the oven, the cheesecake is ready when the brown crust appears and the edges come off the springform pan
After baking, turn off the oven and slowly cool the cheesecake in the jar and then put it in the fridge
Decoration preparation
Put the butter on the frying pan, then when the butter has melted, sprinkle all the sugar.
Peel the oranges and cut them into thicker slices, then throw them into the frying pan. Fry until everything is reduced.
Enjoy!
