Baked Chard
Ingredients
- ½ kg of chard
- ½ onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- olive oil
- 4 soup spoons of oatmeal
- salt
- 100 grams of grated cheese
- 2 eggs
Instructions
Wash the chard and cut it into pieces.
Fry the red onion and garlic in the oil, then add the sliced washed chard, and salt.
Simmer covered for about 15 minutes.
Grind oatmeal in a coffee grinder.
Add to the stewed Swiss chard and mix well.
Oil an ovenproof dish.
Transfer the mixture to a container.
Grate the cheese.
Break the eggs in a bowl and beat them into the scrambled eggs.
Add grated cheese to the eggs and mix well.
Pour the eggs over the Swiss chard.
Place in an oven heated to 220 degrees for half an hour.
After baking, cut while hot and serve.
