Apple Cinnamon White Cake
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 apple peeled and chopped
Instructions
preheat to 350 degrees
mix brown sugar and cinnamon
beat sugar and butter
Add eggs and vanilla
mix flour and baking powder
stir flour mixture into creamed butter
add milk
pour the butter into the prepared pan
top with apples and brown sugar mixture
top with batter, apples and brown sugar mixture
pat apples and swirl brown sugar
bake for 30 to 40 minutes
