Chicken in Garlic Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 chicken steak, diced
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon dried garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 150 ml of water
- 4 to 5 cloves of garlic finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon of dry oregano
- 1 teaspoon mixed dry vegetables
- 1 teaspoon of flour
- 1 fresh pepper
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the chopped steak, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and flour.
Fry the steak in hot oil until browned on all sides for about 10 minutes.
Remove from the pan and add the butter.

Stir and pour the water.
