There are many ways you can make them by swapping in your favorite mix-in blends.

Try them with cooked or smoked bacon.
Then add some baked potatoes, cherry tomatoes, and cheese.
Egg Muffins with Cheddar Cheese
Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 200 grams of small diced cooked ham
- 4-5 finely chopped red bell pepper
- 150 grams of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 chopped green onion
- chopped fresh parsley
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 2 Tbsp heavy cream
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
Add a little olive oil to the muffin pan.
Put the eggs into a large mixing bowl, then whisk until just combined.
Add pepper, cheddar, green onions, ham, parsley, salt, and stir.
Fill each of the mixtures almost to the top.
Bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
Let cool in pan for about 10 minutes then serve.
