  • 500g minced meat (beef and pork mix) you can make them with chicken.
  • Lasagna plates
  • For Sauce
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 large onion
  • 150 ml of white wine
  • 200g of fried tomatoes
  • 250 ml of water
  • Salt, Pepper
  • 2 - 3 cups mozzarella cheese

Instructions

1

One of the tricks is to make the filling overnight or 3 to 4 hours in advance so that it rests in the fridge.

2

In a frying pan, add the diced carrot and the onion as well.

3

Sauté for 10 minutes and add the meat that we will have previously seasoned.

4

Now add everything together, add the tomato, the wine, and half a glass of water.

5

Cook over medium-low heat for 45 minutes.

6

It has to be juicy but not liquid, let it rest in the fridge until the next day or at least 4 hours.

7

Now we take a removable square mold.

8

We put a layer of Sauce, then a layer of pasta, a layer of filling, a layer of pasta, a layer of Sauce, a layer of mozzarella, a layer of pasta, a layer of filling, a layer of Sauce and we finish with mozzarella on top.

9

We put it in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.

10

If the plates of pasta in the mold do not fit, you can split the corners of the plates a little with your hands and they will fit without a problem.

11

I recommend making the sauce is always richer so you can leave it a bit thicker.
