I’m not alive if I don’t change something… and I wasn’t wrong… I got incredibly tasty parachutes.
Very easy to make and delicious! Parachutes with Hazelnuts have a wonderful taste and smell, once you try them you will make them again and again!

- Dough:
- 7 egg whites
- 500 grams of sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 spoon of flour
- 350 g of ground hazelnuts
- Phil:
- 7 egg yolks
- 7 spoons of sugar
- 100 grams of chocolate
- 70 grams of butter
Instructions

Phil is also steamed and cooked slowly.

First, the egg yolks and sugar are beaten until a pudding mixture is obtained.

Add the chocolate and butter to the pudding mixture and stir until well melted and combined.

Set aside and allow to cool.

Instead of cooking chocolate, I put another chocolate with hazelnuts and I did not go wrong.
