Sweet Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 500 g fine wheat flour
- 250 g of butter
- 1 cup cream
- in addition:
- Carpathian cream
- a little poppy
- 1 protein
- 2 milk chocolates
Instructions
Knead a dough from the given ingredients and put it in the refrigerator to cool for about 2 hours.
Roll out part of the cooled dough thinly, cut circles slightly larger than the cupcake molds and use them to form the metal molds from the outside at 200 degrees until the dough is golden brown.
From the remaining dough, cut circles with a hole in the middle - the same number of caps (these will be the bottom of the mushrooms) and rollers (which will be the feet of the mushroom).
Bake the rings with a hole until they are golden brown, and before putting them on the baking sheet, the rolls are dipped in egg white and dipped in poppy seeds and baked in the same way as the rings.
We prepare the Carpathian cream according to the recipe, of course, you can use your favorite pudding cream
We continue to collect the mushrooms.
Fill the cap with cream, cover it with a disk with a hole, and put rollers in the hole.
Leave the mushrooms to cool in the refrigerator.
Melt the chocolates in a water bath and coat the hats with it and let them cool.
