The finest baked pork tenderloin dish ever contains plenty of garlic butter flavor cooked to perfection. It is soft, juicy, tasty, and has a crispy crust.
I don’t feel like sitting in the kitchen anymore.
I prepared the tenderloin while cooking the potatoes, homemade cucumbers, and a dream dinner.
Serve with potatoes dill and butter.
Tenderloin with Onion and Rosemary
Ingredients
- 800 gr pork tenderloin
- 2 onions
- 2 carrots
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 70g of butter
- Pepper and salt
Instructions
Cut the tenderloin into slices.
Season with salt and pepper on each side.
Cut the carrots into strips.
Chop the onions into feathers.
Put butter in the pan and after a while, when the fat gets warm, add the carrot.
after 10 minutes, add the onion and rosemary sprigs.
Stew, it is all covered.
When the vegetables get soft, we put them aside and add the tenderloin, I don't do it in a separate pan because I love the rosemary aroma that stays and passes through the meat.
Fry uncovered until golden brown on all sides.
We do not eat the meat with a fork so that the juices from the meat do not flow out.
It is also important not to drag the tenderloin too long because they will lose their juiciness and softness.
