Why is it called Leek salad? I neither know nor can guess, but I can testify that it is very nice, light and quick to prepare. It will complement any festive table, and it will make every day special.

Easy Leek Salad
Ingredients
- 2 leeks
- 4-5 large potatoes
- 250 g of Trappist
- 200 ml of yogurt
- 200 ml of sour cream
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Instructions

Peel the potatoes. Cooled, peel and grate coarsely

Chop the leek into rings, then add salt and let it rest for a while

Mix yogurt, sour cream and mayonnaise and add salt

Grate Trappist or other harder cheese of your choice

Place grated potatoes and cheese, chopped leeks in a bowl

Pour over the mixture of yogurt, sour cream and mayonnaise and mix everything

Cool and serve with some roasting or grilling
