Ingredients

  • 800 g chicken breast
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 2 red green peppers
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 4-5 cultivated mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of butter and salt
  • For the sauce:
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 3 cups of milki>
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • For the above
  • 200gr grated cheddar cheese

Instructions

First, we peel the potatoes and boil them on the stove until they soften.

We mash our boiled potatoes with a fork or an apparatus.

After mashing, we add butter and salt and mix well, after it cools a little, we roll it in the size of a snowball in our hands.

We cut our meat into cubes, put it in a suitable pot, add olive oil, and mix it on the stove for about 5 minutes until it turns color.

We take the bottom of the stove to medium heat and cook for 10 minutes with the lid of the pot closed

We chop our vegetables so that they are not very small, first add tomato paste and mix, then we salt and season the vegetables.
