There is always a lot of work around a large number of desserts, but let’s be realistic, we all sometimes like quick and simple cakes that are prepared in the blink of an eye. A delicious and sweet snack that doesn’t require too much work, and that’s exactly the kind of 15-minute cake with strawberries and biscuits that everyone I’ve prepared has liked so far.

15 Minute Cake with Strawberries

This quick cake is perfect when you are in a hurry and don’t have much time, and besides strawberries, you can also make it with other seasonal fruits. It is made without baking, and I made the cream based on strawberry pudding to which I added butter (if you want, you can also use margarine), as well as sour cream, which gave it a very nice taste and structure.

15-minute Cake with Strawberries and Biscuits – Quick and Fine Dessert

Since there was no time to make biscuits in 15 minutes, the biscuits that I put in the cream served for the fullness of flavor. The cream itself is applied in two equal layers, and in between, I placed sliced โ€‹โ€‹halves of strawberries, which gave it a fragrant and juicy taste. In the end, I also made whipped cream, formed the final white layer, and decorated everything with sliced โ€‹โ€‹strawberry halves that gave a nice look.

Otherwise, you can make this simple cake in various variations, such as a quick banana cake in just 15 minutes where we use vanilla pudding, bananas and Petit Beurre biscuits, although it is basically the same dessert.
