In the grilling season, I make a lot of these simple chicken skewers. The chicken always comes out juicy and tender. You’re going to adore this, there is no doubt in my mind!

It’s a simple flavor combination that works well with chicken.
Once seasoned, they are baked in the oven, then finished under the broiler. The result: juicy and flavorful Skewers that everyone will love!

However, you can easily create chicken skewers in the oven and eat a juicy and delectable supper without ever lighting the grill if you don’t have a grill or if it’s pouring outdoors.

They are really juicy and tasty. Since the recipe is so simple, as you can see from the instructions above, I adore cooking them. I recommend being served hot with potatoes.

Add yogurt, oil, grated garlic, tomato paste, salt, onion powder, and spices on it and mix it well, cover it, and let it sit in the fridge for at least 45 minutes.
Let's lay the baking paper on our baking tray.
Let's arrange the tomato, pepper, and chicken meat on the garbage skewers as you want and place them on the tray.
Let's chop 3 potatoes into the remaining sauce, mix them with the sauce, and put them on one side of the tray.
To cover the chicken skewers and potatoes we prepared, let's wet our baking paper to take shape and cover our tray completely.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Let's open our oven, take the baking paper on it and turn our oven to 200 degrees.
Let's turn the bottom skewers when it gets a little fried.
Let's let both sides get browned, in the meantime, let's open the oven door again and turn the bottom of the skewers to the top with our hands so that both sides are browned.
I recommend the cooked chicken skewers be served hot with potatoes.
Enjoy!
