Until now, we have not done a dish in which mushrooms play a major role on our pages, so we decided to correct that omission, especially since it is a food that we really love and enjoy preparing. This time we made one of our favorite dishes with mushrooms.

How to Make Stuffed Mushrooms

Stuffed mushrooms from the oven are a tasty and attractive, and at the same time very simple lunch.

If we say that all mushroom lovers will like it, we are not saying anything new, but this dish can easily be found on the tables of those who prefer meat. In the delicious filling based on sour cream, breadcrumbs, and butter, namely, we added a little dried sausage (and any other dried meat will also fit in perfectly), which really sizzled and gave this dish an almost meaty aroma, even though it is actually about a very light meal.

This is ideal if, for example, you have decided on a meat-free day, but it is difficult to persuade your “hard meat eaters” to do so. In that case, you can add sausage or smoked meat only to part of the mixture, bake everything together, and this way these stuffed mushrooms from the oven will satisfy all tastes in the family.

When it comes to the side dish, we decided on rice, which goes perfectly with this dish, but it also goes well with a whole range of other side dishes, so the choice is yours. We served stuffed mushrooms from the oven on a leaf of green salad and garnished with radish scallops since this delicious vegetable is still in season. The result is extremely nice, quick, and simple, so we definitely recommend that you try these delicious mushrooms.
