I believe you all know that feeling when you don’t feel like cooking something complicated, but you’re still in the mood for a nice bite. When such days come, I usually prepare dishes from cold ingredients, and this recipe for great tortillas with tuna is an excellent suggestion for a tasty, quick, and at the same time perfectly balanced meal.
In this recipe, I have combined tuna with proven ingredients such as corn, cucumbers, and capers, which will give a special taste. If you want, you can add some of your favorites, because this is a dish that is very suitable for experimentation, but also for using what is available in the fridge.
All the ingredients are combined with yogurt and mustard, and the resulting mixture has a fine creamy structure that I am sure you will like. Everything is done in just 15 minutes!
What I definitely recommend is that if these tortillas with tuna are not baked immediately before consumption, they should be lightly flattened after filling (any grill pan will do). The combination of toasted tortillas and cold filling goes perfectly with each other.
Tortillas should be filled with filling and salad then rolled up, and then cut in half.
Enjoy!
