If you like fried desserts, here is one that you should definitely not miss. It is so good that once you try it, you will keep making it again. Fine crispy churros, also known as Spanish pinches, are served with a fine chocolate sauce and are a true perfection of taste and smell that almost no one can resist.

How to Make Crispy Churros

This dessert is originally from Spain and Portugal, but it has spread all over the world, which should not be surprising. It is easy to make, and the finely fried dough has an irresistible taste that knows no bounds In this case, the dough is squeezed out of a decorating bag with a star tip into the heated oil. Thanks to this, after frying, it gets the nice ribbed shape that makes churros so recognizable. When they are baked, they are a beautiful golden yellow color, and then we roll them in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar, after which they get a final darker appearance.

How to Make Crispy Churros

In my opinion, churros are best when served with chocolate sauce, and I also make them with a little cinnamon to further highlight the aroma. Then this is a perfect combination that is simply impossible to resist, especially when everything is served still warm. The dough is very special, crispy on the outside, light and soft on the inside, and will be excellent with caramel and vanilla flavors.
