Ingredients

  • Croutons:
  • 4 slices of toast
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
  • 20 g of grated parmesan cheese
  • Dressing:
  • 200 ml mayonnaise
  • 5 tablespoons of cold water
  • 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • salt
  • 30 g of grated parmesan cheese
  • pepper
  • Other ingredients:
  • 1 head of lettuce about 400 grams
  • 500 g of chicken white meat
  • 200 g of smoked bacon
  • salt
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Parmesan for garnish

Instructions

Clean the garlic and cut it into small pieces

Cut the toast into 1-centimeter cubes

Heat the olive oil in a wide pan over medium heat

Throw in the garlic and fry it while stirring

Add the sliced โ€‹โ€‹toast and fry it on low heat. Do not stir, just shake the pan

When the toast turns golden, add the chopped parsley and stir

Then add the grated Parmesan cheese, stir briefly and remove to a bowl, and let them cool

While the croutons are cooling, we will make the dressing

Clean and cut the garlic into small pieces, add it to the mayonnaise, and mix

Then add water to the mayonnaise and mix everything well until it becomes uniformly thick

Add parsley and stir briefly, Parmesan and stir briefly again

Add a little salt and pepper and when everything is mixed, put it in the fridge

Cut the bacon into cubes and fry it in olive oil

Lightly salt the chicken white meat and fry on each side for 5 minutes (depending on the thickness of the white meat) in the same oil in which the bacon was fried

Wash the lettuce leaf by leaf and dry well on kitchen paper
