Fine zucchini is a wonderful summer snack that we frequently eat many times a week at this time of year since they can be kept in a wide variety of ways. I made the decision to share with you a straightforward recipe for delicious, really crispy zucchini sticks that you can use for a variety of situations.

Zucchini Sticks from the Oven

They may be prepared as a stand-alone dish because they are perfect for a light summer lunch.
However, because the sticks are already attached to the toothpicks during preparation, they will make delicious finger food and a perfect snack with discussion when you have visitors or at other get-togethers.

Zucchini Sticks from the Oven

Because I cooked them the way traditional breaded zucchini is made, as I already explained, these sticks are really crispy.

These sticks are coated in a combination of breadcrumbs and shredded Gouda cheese that has been enhanced with granulated garlic and dried oregano before being dipped in flour and eggs.

However, there is another significant distinction since these zucchini are baked instead of deep-fried in heavy oil.

And that’s precisely why these zucchini sticks, which only utilize a very small amount of oil, make such a great snack that is both delicious and healthful.

Overall, this is another fantastic summer meal that, if you like zucchini, you will love making it frequently.
